Return & Refund Policy
Any item can be refunded or exchanged if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original saleable condition.
With all returns and refunds, each issue will be taken on case by case. We endeavour to do the very best by you, however, each outcome is made at Dee-Licious’ discretion.
We offer an exchange or refund for Change of Mind within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of consumable and perishable products. These Change of Mind limits do not apply to any returns made in accordance with Consumer Guarantees (see below), or otherwise as required by law.
The refund or Exchange for Change of Mind will be subject to the items being returned in saleable condition, that is:
- the item is returned in its original packaging and as sold; and
- the item is returned unused, unworn, not consumed.
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Dee-Licious. If you believe an item or services is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law. However, these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
Dee-Licious will refund using your original payment method. Order will be fully refunded, less the cost of freight.
