Description –Kokis is one of Sri Lanka’s popular traditional treats made during Sinhalese and Tamil New Year. It can be done as sweet or savoury. Kokis is prepared with rice flour and coconut milk and then deep-fried in a decorative mould. Crunchy, Spicy, and delicious.
This is a Savoury version, all things Spicy a great combination with beer and wine!
